Karburo

Create an alert for the price you care about

Choose a fuel, threshold or station. Karburo evaluates the rule against dated data and tells you when it matches.

A clear rule instead of a vague notification

A useful alert combines a fuel, a target price and optionally a station. It does not claim to know the exact future price; it checks a simple condition against a dated report.

How to prepare an alert

  1. Choose the fuel your vehicle actually uses.
  2. Set a threshold consistent with recent local prices.
  3. Check the report date and detour cost before travelling.

Alerts

What an alert can confirm

Karburo can show that a known price matches your rule. It cannot guarantee stock, the price on arrival or a future drop. Forecasts remain separate and include a confidence level.

Origin and update frequency

Depending on the country, prices come from a public register, official service or attributed partner. Karburo keeps the supplied date, flags old data and briefly retains the last usable cache during an outage.

What Karburo does not promise

A reported price can change before you arrive. Savings and forecasts are explainable estimates, never guarantees. Check the pump display before paying.

No account or advertising profile

The rule and preferences are stored locally. The feature does not require an account or the creation of a public personal history.

Frequently asked questions

Does an alert guarantee the price?

No. It compares your threshold with the latest dated price; the station display remains the reference when you fill up.

Can I watch one station?

Yes. A favourite station can be used together with your chosen fuel and threshold.
